Coriolis focuses on development sites that provide sufficient scale of development to be cost effectively developed while remaining below the radar of major regional and plc homebuilders so that development margins and development risk provide acceptable profitability for us and our fundng partners.
We currently have sites across London, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Kent, Suffolk and Surrey and the rest of the South East under planning, financing, construction and sale.
We are interested to receive proposals for further property investment opportunities in South West and Central London, Cambridgeshire, Essex and Norfolk as well as other good locations in the South East of England.
