Stephen Metcalfe

Stephen previously worked for Price Waterhouse and a number of financial institutions in Europe and Asia including UBS, Credit Suisse and Nomura. He has been involved in raising finance through the equity capital markets for over 25 years including private equity and pre-IPO investment in Europe, the UK and Asia. He was Head of Equity Capital Markets in Asia for several investment banks before moving into private equity investments in 2012.

Stephen also has a track record in resort residential property development and financing in Asia including structuring financing for hotel development in India, resort residential development in Bali, Indonesia and Thailand as well as residential development in the UK.

Stephen is now focused on structuring financing opportunities for investment partners in planning and development opportunities combining residential, resort and social housing opportunities in the South East of England and the South of France.

Anthony Hopson 

Anthony has previously worked in Equity Capital markets in Europe and Asia for a number of major financial institutions including Citibank and Nomura. He has been involved in private equity and pre-IPO investment in Europe and Asia and both as a private investor and institutionally.

Anthony works with Stephen to manage key relationships with our investors and develop new investor relationships.
